Cold acquisition 2015 - 2018

Chief responsible for budget in the sales team for the expansion and development of the IT Service Management System (ITSM) Portfolio, such as cold acquisition, first presentation, work-shops, analysis & solution concept, as well as contract negotiation. In this role, I acted as the central contact person for internal project managers and customers. Largest customers: Solothurner Spitäler (3‘000 Users), Lindt & Sprüngli (13'500 Users), Victorinox (1‘700 Users), fenaco (14‘500 Users) (Bison IT Services AG)

Partner TI Informatique 02/2014

For the market expansion in the Romandie (French part of Switzerland) as well as in the wine making sector, I was able to win TI Informatique, headquartered in Sierre, for a partnership. The partner management, the presentations and the know-how set-up was held in French language exclusively. (Bison Schweiz AG)

New ERP solution: RUAG Environment 04/2014

Overall responsibility for the sale, with first presentation, workshops, formulation of analysis & solution concepts, as well as contract negotiation for the new recycling industry.
